Native Landscape Design Options
STEP 1: Initial Conversation: Gratis
Our initial conversation is exploratory in nature. We ask you a few questions to get a better feel for what you are looking to do and your expectations for the project. It’s through this initial conversation that we’ll determine whether Sanctuary Native Landscapes is a good fit for your project.
STEP 2: Site Visit Consultation: $50/hour
Site visits are typically one hour in length and are designed with two purposes in mind. First, we will collect information pertaining to the site including soil type/s, lighting, drainage, existing vegetation, and surrounding environment. Second, we create a preliminary concept plan based on your needs/desires with consideration of what the site will allow. The concept plan will include a basic sketch layout (not to scale), plant suggestions and management tips for maintaining future appearance. If you decide on our Design Package option after the site consultation, we will credit the site consultation fee against the Design Package cost.
STEP 3: Design Packages: Starting at $300
For additional assistance, we can create a formalized master plan. It includes a scaled landscape plan, plant schedule, and visuals to provide you with a realistic rendering of the design. These design packages provide you with everything needed to begin the installation process.
STEP 4: Project Installation: Cost included with contractor quotes
If you don’t feel you have the time and energy to manage the process, no worries. We would be happy to manage the process from start to finish. Depending on the size of the project, Sanctuary Native Landscapes can either install the design for you or we can facilitate the quoting process and oversee all facets of the project while you enjoy the hassle-free experience of watching your native Midwestern landscape come to life.
